Since 2015, Montgomery Law Firm has served the people of Southwest Arkansas from right here in Hope. For the last 100 years, the Montgomery family has lived and worked in Southwest Arkansas’s agricultural community, ultimately inspiring the creation of Montgomery Law Firm which brings quality, local representation to the people of Southwest Arkansas.

Arkansas born and raised and a Hope native, Blake is a University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville graduate. Blake received the top score on the February 2015 Arkansas Bar Examination, and was one of the youngest people in Arkansas’s history to become a licensed attorney at just the age of 22.

100 Years in Hope: The Montgomery Family Farm
The Montgomery Family legacy begins with the Montgomery Family Farm, which is still in operation today, right on Highway 29 in Hope.
Montgomery Law Firm was founded with the mission to bring quality, local counsel across Arkansas, Texas and all over. With the Montgomery family’s roots in agriculture, we leave behind the games and gimmicks of bigger city firms, and instead stand on the results we’ve obtained to get justice for people injured by the fault of another.

Located in the heart of Downtown Hope, Montgomery Law Firm is right on Main Street, just two blocks from the Hempstead County Courthouse, and right down the road from where the Montgomery family’s grocery store served the people of Southwest Arkansas decades ago.
